Shipping & Returns

 

 

We offer a flat rate for our shipping. 

 

Dublin = €8.00
Rest of the Republic of Ireland = €12.00

 

We presently use Fastway Couriers for our delivery services.

 

We aim to have all non custom orders shipped within 2-3 business days. Once the goods have left us, you will be notified by email and they should be with you within 3-5 days depending on the day of the week the order is shipped on.

 

In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, Poncho Ireland will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice and a completed returns form. Any orders that are bespoke, i.e. custom logo printing are not eligible for return. The sale of these custom goods is final.

 

 

 

Returning Unwanted Goods

 

 

 

Please note, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs and retain a receipt from the courier company as proof of postage. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund to your credit card/method of payment for the invoice total less the original cost of postage.
