Payment Method

 We accept cash, company cheques and all credit cards that paypal currently support including Visa and Mastercard.


By visiting and or ordering from the Poncho Ireland website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, all policies within this site (including our Return Policy), and all changes or modifications to the foregoing. These terms and conditions may change with or without notice and are affective immediately upon posting on this site. We ask you to review these terms and conditions whenever possible for your own benefit in using our website and prior to making an order.

Web Ordering

 Our ordering system is straightforward. Pick the chosen item/items from the shopping basket, log in or create a new account, enter the required details and click the payment box to process your credit card. You will then receive an automated email confirming your order details and current order status.

Once your online payment has been authorised you will receive a further email from Poncho Ireland confirming acceptance of order.

Please note, the automated emailed order confirmation does not signal our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order placed on this website without the need to give explanation or reason. Upon cancellation of your order we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card used in the original order for the amount charged.

Under the Distance Selling legislation you have an option to cancel your order within 14 days commencing from date of delivery (Cooling-off period). Custom/bespoke orders are not eligible under the distance selling legislation.  Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay all postage/shipping costs. Please see our returns policy for more information.

 About Children (Under 18)

For their protection, we ask that children and young people do not place an order or submit personal information to us. We are happy to receive orders on their behalf by their parent or guardian.


At present we only ship to Ireland and the UK.

We aim to have all non custom orders shipped within 2 business days. Once the goods have left us, you will be notified by email and they should be with you within 2-4 days depending on the day of the week the order is shipped on.

Pricing & Vat

 All prices displayed on our web site are in Euros there is no VAT charged.

Poncho Ireland endeavour to provide our customers with the best information relating to the product being viewed. Poncho Ireland reserve the right to make alterations to product information and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies found on our site.

Our Privacy Statement

The following states the Poncho Ireland policy regarding the privacy rights of visitors to this website. We respect your right to privacy and your desire for a secure online shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. However in order for us to process orders, we require your name, billing address, email address, contact phone number and payment details. This personal information is used to administer your Poncho Ireland account from the point of order through to shipping of your products. From time to time we may notify customers regarding new products, promotions and newsletters but only if you have chosen to allow us to inform you. We will not continue to send you information by email, once you have asked us not to.


 Web cookies are text files, which are stored on your computer. They are used to help enhance the shoppers experience on our web site and without them the shopping cart system is unable to record your product purchasing.

 Secure Shopping

 We have invested time and money to provide our customers with the latest in secure payment transactions. The system is called SSL or (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our customers with the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted at this stage while travelling the Internet. Poncho Ireland does not hold or process credit cards transaction on the web site, this is processed by Paypal Payments, an internet payment services provider.


Returning Unwanted Goods

In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, Poncho Ireland will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice and a completed returns form. Any orders that are bespoke, i.e. custom logo printing are not eligible for return. The sale of these custom goods is final.

Please note, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs and retain a receipt from the courier company as proof of postage. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund to your credit card/method of payment for the invoice total less the original cost of postage.

Cancellation before despatch

Our aim is to package and despatch the goods within 2 day of receiving an order between Monday to Friday. If you wish to cancel an order within this time frame please contact us at once by email.

If the goods have not been despatched then we will cancel your order and refund the invoice value. Confirmation of this refund will be emailed to you. For orders that have been despatched please follow our step-by-step returns process below. If you refuse to accept the delivery we will simply pass on any additional charges imposed by the courier company to you.

Returning Faulty Goods

If you discover the goods you have purchased to be faulty upon receiving them, please contact us at once so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All goods sold are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or poor workmanship. The manufacturers warranty will not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear.

 Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase and a returns form. We will endeavour to resolve the issue upon receipt of the faulty goods by either replacing the product with a new or equivalent model or a refund for the original invoice value including the cost of delivery to your credit card/method of payment.
Returns Step-by-Step Process:

 1. Inform us that you wish to return the goods and clearly state the type of return in the subject field i.e. refund or faulty.

 2. Complete the returns form and print a copy to go along with the returning goods and place inside the returning box

 3. If at all possible use the original delivery box or obtain a new box (at your own expense). 

4. We would ask you not to write, label or tape directly onto the product packaging when returning unwanted purchases. If this happens, it will influence your refund claim.

 5. Make sure to firmly pad the returning goods to avoid damage in transit

 6. Tape the box securely and clearly mark our return address on the outside of the box. If you are using the original box, please make sure to remove or unmark your delivery address.

 7. Organise for shipping of the returning goods and retain a receipt from the courier company/post office as proof of postage, unfortunately we will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
